This page explains the data processed by the contact form and the measures designed to protect it.
Controller and contact
ARTI is the data controller. Nawfel Raghay, Director General, is the contact for personal data enquiries at contact@artim.ma.
Data and purpose
The form collects enquiry type, name, email address, optional organization, subject and message. This information is used only to route and answer the enquiry.
Retention and access
Enquiries can no longer be viewed after 90 days in the protected administration area. Expired records are deleted on a new submission or a cleanup by an authorized administrator. Only people authorized by ARTI may access current enquiries, which may be deleted sooner once handled.
Security, tracking and rights
Transmission uses HTTPS and anti-abuse controls. The site includes no advertising tracker. To request access, correction or deletion, email contact@artim.ma and include your enquiry reference where possible.
